Arnie began practicing Real Estate in 1990 and has SOLD numerous homes and condos in his 26 year career. Originally from Philadelphia, where Arnie owned and operated a large locksmith supply business. Arnie and Anita have been residents of South Florida since 1980.

Arnie has extensive knowledge in Real Estate Acquisitions of commercial property and a keen eye for development. After purchasing and selling over 30 properties for his family and businesses, he and wife Anita chose The Symphony on Las Olas as the perfect location for their retirement years.

Together they specialize in selling and leasing downtown waterfront property in and around the surrounding neighborhoods.

Both of their children were raised in South Florida.

Arnie is an avid boater and amateur car collector, having 2 Antique Autos and participates in local auto clubs and functions.
