Born and educated in the south of England, Lyn moved to South Florida in the late eighties, and in 1998 became a real estate agent specializing in the luxury condominium market, initially working on several pre-construction projects in downtown Fort Lauderdale.

Lyn’s unique relationship with ‘Las Olas River House’ started in 2001 with the pre-construction purchase of her personal residence. From 2003 to mid 2009 Lyn worked exclusively as the developers agent successfully bringing over 160 transactions to closing. Her unparalleled material knowledge and understanding of this intricate building and all it nuances is of immeasurable value to her clients. Lyn continues to own and reside in Las Olas River House.
